Hello Everyone!

Wednesday was a self paced day.

Homeroom:  8th grade picked a rule for online learning and had to express a good example and a non-example for the rule they chose and presented it on Thursday.

If you are an 8th grader you have time to make it up tomorrow (Friday) the rules are posted in a previous blog but check Unified for clear directions.

7th graders:  I posted the assignment today so it will be your turn tomorrow.

Math: 7th grade we worked on increasing our Mastery/Fluency in multiplication facts.  Be sure if you haven't yet recorded your best scores that you submit those scores in Unified.  We also worked on variables and how prepared we are for the NEW content.

We will dig in to the NEW on Monday.  Great job today 7th grade.  You have an IXL account and are working on Skill (5th) U.1

Math 8th grade similar to 7th grade but you worked on Grid Points for graphing.  Today you are assigned variables and a graph skill in IXL (3rd) U. 1

We will tackle your NEW skill on Monday.

Science:  Both 7th and 8th grades you should have watched a YouTube video on Matter, read an article and answered 12 questions from the resources you worked with.

As you know we are starting small so we can fully understand the big picture of Science in the Big History Project and how it all works together.

I finished grading all assignments in all classes and sent you each a message in Unified.  If you have work missing, be sure to send the work in Unified and I will keep an eye out for those so I can update your grade.

We are still battling technology issues, I know I sure am!  I will continue to work on these and help you if you are having troubles.  Please let me know if you are having difficulty, we can still get things done.  There is always a way around it if you are creative enough to think your way around it.

Looking forward to tomorrow.

So that's it and See ya'!
