Day 5 September 8th

 Hello,

CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO SEE/HEAR A RECAP OF THE DAY or continue to read on your own below.

https://youtu.be/0jC1m4h6TwI

Troubles with signing in was a common topic today and I want to show you what logging in should look like in this first segment of the blog.

1) Be sure to log in using the school website.  At the time of the website, click Unified Classroom.

2) This will take you to the log in screen,  DO NOT CHOOSE POWERSCHOOL ID and PASSWORD IN THE TOP TWO BARS.
Go down and click on the button for Sign in with Microsoft.  Use your school email and password from here.

Hope this helps!  If not let your teachers know and we can have you present your screen in Teams and help troubleshoot with you.

Today is a Tuesday so that means we met during Homeroom and you saw me for Science today.

Homeroom Recap:  We talked about rules and etiquette for online learning

Staying focused to tasks and relevant chat

Wait until someone is done speaking

Turning on you camera during instruction

Work due in Homeroom:

Be sure you turned in your strengths and weaknesses activity.

Turn in your 4 Mt. Rushmore names to me tomorrow.

Science Recap:  On a grand scale, we watched a few Big Bang Theory videos to give a big overall sense of the Science work we will be learning and thinking about.

We also went over Science on a smaller scale learning about matter. We want to build your Science knowledge on a small scale like we did through a few slides on Moby Max into a bigger understanding on how it works in our world on a larger scale.

Science work due:

Technology Preparation:  I should see that you are able to work in Excel and create a workbook of your skills during the year.

Week 2 Introduction:  I never posted any questions from the video I sent you a link to.  I will be sending you those questions for tomorrow.

Let's have a great week of learning and see you soon.
