7th Grade Artists and Mathematicians,  start with checking into a preview of our first unit and learning task.  You can work the problems if you like but my objective is to see your comfort level with the content.  If it's easy then we will move along, if it is a challenge then we will deep dive and find what you need to be masterful and get the LL Cool J swagger on it!

7th Grade and 8th Grade Homeroom:  Be sure to use the time today to work on your Mt. Rushmore activity.  Let's see your creative talents come out on this.  We really want to incorporate as much of your strengths in learning as possible.  I can't wait to see what you come up with.

7th Grade and 8th Grade Artists and Scientists:  Watch the first video in The Big History Project.

Go to:  www.bighistoryproject.com

Click the get started button (lime green) and watch the video. Click the video on the right of the Introduction to Big History Project.

This will won't be our only platform for learning but I like how it ties in what we are learning separately in Science into the big picture of the real world.
